• Management and coordination of daily hotel operations and contact person for our guests
• Regular inspections of the entire hotel, discussions with employees and guests, collection and evaluation of feedback
• Ensuring that service, hygiene and safety standards are adhered to and, if possible, improved
• Responsible for the ambience in the hotel (lighting, music, decoration, etc.)
• Responsible for the hotel complex as a whole (snow removal, maintenance)
• Responsible for quality checks in all departments
• Supporting the operational managers in all matters
• Handling administrative tasks in the background (billing, control of orders & duty rosters with regard to efficiency & profitability…)
• Development & optimization of lean processes and structures
