To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated HR Manager who will manage our personnel matters with passion, structure, and a keen understanding of people.

Your tasks
• Independent recruiting and onboarding of our approximately 200 employees across all locations
• Liaison with the tax advisor regarding all matters related to employment contracts and payroll
• Personnel controlling and maintenance of relevant HR KPIs
• Organization and implementation of employee events
• On-site employee support and point of contact for HR-related matters
• Performance of various administrative HR tasks

We expect
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in HR
• Completed business education (e.g., business school, university degree, comparable)
• Industry knowledge is an advantage
• Structured and independent work style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
• Hands-on mentality and organizational skills
