We bring together over 200 personalities who achieve great things together – and have a lot of fun in the process. As a wellness manager, you will not only set the pace in the relaxation area, but also be the heart and soul of our guests and team.

• You ensure the smooth running of the entire wellness area.
• You develop concepts further and always keep an eye on quality and trends.
• Duty rosters, staff appraisals and team management are in your hands.
• You write personal welcome greetings and give individual treatment tips.
• You also look after our guests via e-mail – always cordial, always professional.
• You keep track of orders – from massage oil to pool accessories.
• You allocate treatments sensibly within the team and ensure that the entire area is kept tidy.
• You are a role model, motivator and sometimes a troubleshooter – simply a rock in the relaxation surf.
• Accounting? Sure, that’s part of it – you do it with ease.

• Several years of professional experience in the wellness sector (at least 3-5 years)
• Management experience? Yes, please!
• Training as a medical masseur, physiotherapist or similar
• Knowledge of English required, knowledge of German an advantage
