As Production Manager, you take the helm in our production kitchen and work with your team to create unforgettable moments of taste.
Your mission
- You manage the entire production process with an overview and a sure instinct
- You lead your team with heart, mind and a good duty roster
- You design menus & food concepts – creatively and calculated
- You plan the purchase of goods and keep the stock under control
- You are present in the hotel kitchens and maintain close contact with the individual chefs

What you should bring with you
- Experience as a chef in a hotel with comparable standards (4*s or higher)
- Passion for cooking – and for people
- Organizational talent and a flair for leadership
- Creativity and quality as the basic ingredients of your work
- Confident in MS Office & common kitchen software
- Good German and English skills
- Flexibility, resilience – and an eye for the big picture
