Your tasks
- Management & organization of the bar incl. purchasing
- Control of inventories and accounting
- Management of the bar team
- Personal service & advice for our guests
- Production of all drinks in the bar in compliance with standards
- Guidance of the bar staff
- Co-designing the drinks menu and actively contributing ideas
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines

We expect
- Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Ideally further training in the bar or service sector
- Extensive knowledge of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
- Sense for trends
- Close cooperation with the restaurant management/F&B
- Creative, independent work
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure & punctuality
- Perfect knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
