Your tasks
- Processing room inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online portals
- Advising guests on rooms, offers, and additional services
- Creating and tracking quotes
- Maintaining reservation systems and guest data
- Working closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and sales teams
- Assisting with group inquiries and special requests
- Ensuring professional and warm communication with guests
